• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
• Customized or personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.

• Provide your order number, details of the item(s) you want to return, and reason for return.
• Our team will guide you through the return process and provide the return address.

3. Return Shipping

• You are responsible for the cost of returning the product unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

4. Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be credited within 7-10 business days using the original payment method.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable except when the return is due to our error.
